Aquarium
Troup Aquarium was founded in 1967. Its concept was derived from traditional Taiwanese opera. The troupers were mostly young kids at age of 10~15. They were disguised as marine or mythological creatures, including dragonĦBhawkĦBgrusĦBturtleĦBoctopusĦBshellfishĦBcarp and fairy maiden. The scripts which they played were mostly sourced from Chinese ancient folklore. By far Nanhaipu (village of Xigang) is the only place having such troupe in Taiwan.
