Stinky tofu

The founder of this stall was Madam Li, who has been making her home recipes for more than 50 years. One of my favorite dishes is her Stinky Tofu. The size of tofu was 6 x 6 cm per piece. It was light-fried, then flavored with home-made sauce and served with Taiwanese kimchi. In addition to stinky tofu, their noodles and potpourri (a cold dish mixed with various sliced meat、seafood and bamboo sprout ) are also recommended.
