甘味 sausage

甘味 was actually the first bakery shop in Xigang, it started from 50 years ago. They produces cakes and breads (Taiwanese flavor), as well as jerky、pork floss and Taiwanese sausage. Among them their sausage was most recommended. Even though you can find Taiwanese sausages in other shops or supermarkets. But 甘味 sausage was absolutely home-made, not much fat as compared to other brands. So most of residents in Xigang did grow up with their sausage.
